If you purchased the optional printed notebook, you must click on the printed book course and fill in the shipping address form. Once you have completed this form, allow 7 business days for shipment. 

The printed version of the lecture notes are only available to active students. You can log in and access a purchase link in your orientation module. 

PDF lecture notes are only available for the 10 Core Module lectures. 

Self-assessment practice questions can be attempted as many times as you would like and include answers and rationales. Practice questions do not report scores to faculty. 
End of module quizzes (exams) can only be attempted one-time and do not provide answer feedback. The score is reported to the course faculty.

If you drop the course during the drop/add period, you are eligible for a full refund. In order to qualify for a refund you must: 
1. Request a refund by email to curriculumsupport@highyieldmedreviews.com within 30 days of the course start date. 
2. Your faculty must confirm that you have been dropped from the course.
